Breaded pork rolls: the recipe to make them tasty and crispy

Ingredients:
700 g of pork meat
150 g of cream cheese
10 g of parsley
70 g of pickles
Salt
3 eggs
100 g of flour
100 g of breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Slice the meat and flatten, then sprinkle with salt and pepper to season.
2. Fill with cheese, chopped parsley and grated pickles. Then roll to close.
3. Coat the rolls with flour, then dip in whisked eggs and coat them with breadcrumbs.
4. Fry in a pan with hot oil until golden on both sides.
