Stuffed savory pie: the tasty recipe you need to try

Ingredients:
- For the dough:
500 g of flour (250 g of Manitoba flour + 250 g of cake flour)
15 g of fresh brewer's yeast
300 ml of lukewarm water
1 tsp of honey
8 g of salt
4 tbsp of oil
- For the filling:
500 g of ricotta cheese
2 eggs
3 hard boiled eggs
250 g of salami
100 g of grated cheese
200 g of cheese
Salt and pepper
1 egg yolk for brushing
Directions:
1. Dissolve yeast in warm water, then add honey.
2. Pour this mixture in the bowl with flour.
3. Then add oil and start mixing. Lastly stir in salt.
4. Cover the dough and let rise for 2-3 hours.
5. Now make the filling: mix ricotta cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, grated cheese, diced salami and cheese.
6. Cut the dough, flatten and place it at the bottom of round mold.
7. Pour the filling, place hard boiled eggs on top and cover with more dough.
8. Brush with whisked eggs.
9. Bake at 180° for 55-60 minutes.
