Layered cream cake: the simple, beautiful and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
- For the batter:
4 eggs
100 g of granulated sugar
25 g of flour
25 of potato starch
Vanilla extract
50 ml of seeds oil
1 pinch of salt
- For the filling:
62 ml of cream
15 g of powdered sugar
5 of corn starch
338 g of whipping cream
Strawberries (optional)
Directions:
1. For the batter: separate egg yolks from whites. Whisk egg whites with sugar then stir in egg yolks. Add flour, potato starch, vanilla, oil and salt.
2. Pour the batter in a tray an bake at 180° for 12 minutes.
3. Cook cream with powdered sugar and starch.
4. Then mix this mixture with whipping cream.
5. Now assemble the cake and fill with strawberries too.
