Baked zucchini patties: the light and tasty recipe you really need to try

Ingredients: 
1 zucchini 
1 carrot
100 g of cheese
Salt 
Parsley 
Green onion
3-4 tbsp of oatmeal flour 
2 eggs 
Black pepper 
Salt 
Paprika 
Dried garlic 
Half a tsp of baking powder
 
Directions: 
1. Grate zucchini and sprinkle with salt. Then grate carrots and cheese too. 
2. Finely chop parsley and green onion and add them to the mixture. 
3. Now stir in oatmeal flour and squeezed zucchini. 
4. Mix in two eggs and lastly season with salt, pepper and all of the spices. 
5. Shape the patties  and place them in a tray coat with baking paper. 
6. Bake at 180° for 15-20 minutes.
