Flan de Turrón: the recipe for the Spanish dessert that melts in your mouth

Ingredients:
1 l of whole milk
130 g of pudding mix
300 g of white nougat
Caramel
Directions:
1. Pour milk in a pot and add pudding mix.
2. Stir using a whisk and cook at low heat.
3. Now cut nougat in pieces and pour in the pot.
4. Continue cooking and stirring until it melts completely into the liquid.
5. Coat the bottom of a pudding mold with caramel.
6. Pour the mixture from the pan in it.
7. Let cool at room temperature, then cover and refrigerate for at least 5 hours.
