Yogurt tortillas: the recipe to make them soft and elastic

Ingredients:
115 g of unsweetened white yogurt
35 g of cooking cream
30 ml of water
20 ml of olive oil
170 g of bread flour
1 tsp of baking powder
Directions:
1. Mix yogurt, cream, water, oil and salt in a bowl.
2. Stir to combine all of the ingredients.
3. Now add baking powder and flour.
4. Knead into a smooth and firm dough.
5. Cut in smaller pieces and flatten to shape the tortillas.
6. Cook in a slightly oiled pan 2 minutes each side.
7. Brush with water and stuff as you like.
