Rice pudding: the recipe for a simple and creamy dessert

Ingredients:
1 l of water
100 g of rice
700 + 300 ml of milk
200 g of sugar
30 g of corn flour
2 vanillin
Cinnamon
Directions:
1. Cook the rice in boiling water for 20 minutes, stirring from time to time.
2. Drain and keep aside.
3. Pour milk and sugar in the same pot, then bring to a boil.
4. Mix 300 ml of milk, flour and vanillin in a bowl then whisk.
5. Pour this mixture in the pot, then add rice and cook for 1-2 minutes until it thickens.
6. Place the mixture into some cups and sprinkle with cinnamon powder.
