Creamy rice pudding cake: ready with just a few ingredients!

INGREDIENTS
• 300g rice
• 1,5l milk fat
• 160g butter
• 6 eggs
• 400g icing sugar
• 1 tbsp orange and lemon zest
• Breadcrumbs
 
METHOD
  1. Add milk and rice to a pan over low heat and mix, cook for 30 minutes.
  2. Melt the butter and separate the eggs, beat the yolks with sugar. Beat the whites and mix everything together.
  3. Sprinkle breadcrumbs into the pan and pour the mixture.
  4. Bake for 60 minutes at 320°F/160°C.
