INGREDIENTS
6 eggs, separated;
250g hazelnut cream.
250g hazelnut cream.
METHOD
- Whisk egg yolks with hazelnut paste.
- Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Fold egg whites into the chocolate mixture and pour into a 15 cm baking pan.
- Bake at 180°C/350°F for 30-35 minutes.
