Stuffed meat sandwiches: the recipe for a very tasty meal

Ingredients: 
1 kg of minced meat 
1 egg 
50-60 g of grated cheese
Fresh parsley 
Salt and pepper 
100 g of stringy cheese 
 
Directions: 
1. Mix minced meat with eggs, grated cheese, salt and pepper.
2. Spread the mixture on a baking paper sheet. 
3. Stuff with cheese and shape the sandwiches. 
4. Cook in pan with some olive oil.
