Semolina cake: the creamy and delicious recipe to try

Ingredients:
500 ml of milk
160 g of semolina flour
300 g of ricotta cheese
250 g of sugar
4 eggs
40 g of butter
Orange zest
Lemon zest
Lemon zest
1 pinch of salt
1 tbsp of liquor
Directions:
1. Pour milk, butter and zest in a pot. Bring to a boil.
2. Add semolina flour gradually stirring until it thickens. Let cool completely.
3. Mix ricotta cheese, sugar and eggs one at a time.
4. Add vanillin, grated zest, liquor and a pinch of salt.
5. Lastly stir the semolina mixture made before.
6. Pour the batter in an oiled and floured cake pan.
7. Bake at 180° for 1 hour.
8. Let cool, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
