Fried calzoni with mozzarella cheese: easy and delicious

Ingredients:
Dough:
500 g flour
250 ml water
1 teaspoon of salt
30 g softened butter
Filling:
100 g mozzarella
Parsley
Paprika
Salt and pepper
 
Directions:
1. Dough: in a bowl mix flour, water and salt. Form a dough and supplement the butter.
2. Let stand for at least one hour.
3. Filling: Mix the mozzarella with parsley, paprika, salt and pepper.
4. Form the trousers stuffing them.
5. Fry in hot oil and dry well.
