Puff pastry apple tarts: the easy, quick and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
250 g of puff pastry
1 egg
2 apples
Sugar
Butter
Butter
Directions:
1. Cut puff pastry in 6 rectangles and place in a baking tray.
2. Now cut the apples in thin slices.
3. Make some holes in the pastry with a fork and brush the edges with whisked egg.
4. Place apple slices in the middle, sprinkle with sugar and a piece of butter.
5. Bake at 200° for 20-25 minutes.
