Stuffed pizza with cheese and ham: the recipe you need to try

Ingredients:
pizza flour 800 gr
warm water 650 ml
fresh yeast 8 gr
salt 2 tablespoons
To stuff:
6 cheese slices
200 g of mozzarella
250 g of cooked ham
Directions:
1. First dissolve the yeast in warm water.
2. Then add oil and mix well.
3. Pour the mixture into the bowl with the sifted flour.
4. Allow to stand for 15 minutes and add salt.
5. Divide the dough into two portions and let it rise in greasy bowls.
6. Let stand for at least two hours.
7. Spread the two pieces and assemble the pizza in a mould.
8. Bake at 200° for 10 minutes on the low shelf, another 10 minutes on the central shelf.
