Stuffed eggplants: the recipe to make them tasty at home

Ingredients:
- For the eggplants:
2 eggplants
3 potatoes
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Paprika
Garlic powder
400 g of minced meat
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 laurel leaf
200 g of tomato sauce
100 ml of water
30 g of grated cheese
100 g of shredded mozzarella cheese
Dried oregano
Parsley
- For the bechamel sauce:
35 g of butter
45 g of flour
500 g of milk
Salt and pepper
Nutmeg
50 g of grated cheese
Directions:
1. Slice the eggplants and season and bake at 180° for 20 minutes.
2. Do the same with potatoes.
3. Cook meat in a pan with olive oil, diced onion, minced garlic and laurel. Then use the spices to season.
4. Add tomato sauce and water, put the lid on and let simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Now make the sauce: melt butter in a saucepan, then mix with flour and milk. Add salt, pepper, nutmeg and cheese.
6. Continue cooking until it thickens.
7. Now layer eggplants, potatoes, meat and sauce on top.
8. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and dried oregano.
9. Bake at 180° for 15-20 minutes.
