Cabbage stuffed bombs: the recipe to make a tasty and quick dinner

Ingredients:
- For the bombs:
300 g of cabbage
Salt and pepper
1 cup of rice
3 tbsp of breadcrumbs
100 g of cheese
100 g of ham
Fresh parsley
70 g of cheese
Olive oil
- For the breading:
2 eggs
Breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil for frying
Directions:
1. Finely chop cabbage and boil in salted water for 10 minutes. Then drain excess water.
2. Mix it with cooked rice, breadcrumbs and shredded cheese.
3. Aside, blend ham with parsley into a smooth mixture. Then add cheese and pepper.
4. Shape the balls and stuff them with the ham mixture.
5. Dip them in whisked eggs and coat with breadcrumbs.
6. Fry in hot oil until golden.
