Potatoes and egg: the tasty recipe in just one pan

Ingredients:
3 medium sized potatoes
250 g of cherry tomatoes
4 eggs
Olive oil
1 garlic clove
Salt and pepper
Fresh parsley
Fresh parsley
Chili pepper (optional)
Directions:
1. Dice potatoes and fry them in a pan with olive oil.
2. Season with minced garlic, salt and pepper.
3. Add tomatoes, cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Add water too, and cook for 4 more minutes.
5. Place eggs on top, finish cooking and then sprinkle with salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
