Cauliflower pizza: the recipe for a quick, healthy and tasty meal

Ingredients:
500 g of cauliflower
2 eggs
50 g of grated cheese
Salt and pepper
Chili pepper
2 tbsp of cornstarch
Olive oil
Tomato sauce
Basil leaves
Red onion
Mozzarella cheese
Cherry tomatoes
Directions:
1. Cut the cauliflower in pieces., wash and finely chop it.
2. Add eggs, cornstarch, grated cheese, salt, pepper and chili.
3. Mix and spread all over and oiled baking tray. Flatten using your hands.
4. Bake at 180° for 20 minutes.
5. Season tomato sauce with salt, pepper and basil; then pour all over your cauliflower pizza.
6. Add mozzarella cheese, sliced onion, cherry tomatoes and oregano.
7. Drizzle with some olive oil on top.
8. Bake again at 180° for 10-15 minutes.
