Shrimps in puff pastry crust: the quick and tasty appetizer

Ingredients:
300 g of shrimps
Puff pastry
Sesame, oil, lemon and salt
1 whisked egg
Directions:
1. Remove the shell from the shrimps and leave just the tail.
2. Also take off the entrails and season with salt and lemon. Refrigerate.
3. Cut puff pastry in thin stripes.
4. Wrap the shrimps with it and place on a baking tray.
5. Brush with whisked egg.
6. Bake at 190° for 15 minutes.
