Walnut and banana layered cake: the easy and delicious dessert everyone will love

Ingredients:
- For the batter:
6 eggs
180 g of sugar
10 g of vanilla sugar
200 g of flour
1 tsp of baking powder
- For the filling:
2 bananas
400 ml of cream
125 g of sugar
500 g of sour cream
Directions:
1.Whisk eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until you get a fluffy mixture.
2. Now sift and stir in dry ingredients: flour and baking powder.
3. Pour the batter onto a tray shaping some circles.
4. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 160° for 5-8 minutes.
5. Whip cream and powdered sugar, then add sour cream.
6. Now assemble the dessert in a bowl covered with plastic wrap and layering filling, cake disks, chopped walnuts and sliced banana.
7. Refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours.
8. Decorate with crumbled cake scraps and some almond flakes.
