Soft pralines with nuts: the recipe for some delicious no-bake treats

Ingredients:

200 g of pitted dates

100 g of almonds

150 g of oatmeal flakes

60 g of maple syrup

1 tbsp of vanilla essence

Coconut flakes for coating

Directions:
1. Mix dates, almonds, oatmeal, maple syrup and vanilla.

2. Blend for a few minutes until you get a firm mixture.

3. Make pieces and shape little balls using you hands.

4. Coat them entirely with coconut flakes.
