Accordion bread: the recipe to make it soft and cheesy

Ingredients:
140 ml of lukewarm milk
5 g of instant brewer's yeast
1 tbsp of sugar
1 egg at room temperature
300 g of flour
1 pinch of salt
20 g of soft butter
Cream cheese
80 g of soft butter
4 garlic cloves
Fresh parsley
Grated cheese
Directions:
1. Dissolve yeast and sugar into milk. Add egg, flour and salt.
2. Knead and add butter and cheese.
3. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 1 hour.
4. Mix butter, chopped parsley and minced garlic into a smooth cream.
5. Flatten the dough using a rolling pin. Spread with butter and parsley mixture from before.
6. Sprinkle with grated cheese and cut into smaller squares.
7. Overlap them and place into an oiled mold, four at a time.
8. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
9. Brush with beaten egg, then bake at 170° for 30 minutes.
10. Brush again with melted butter and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
