Fried donuts: the eggless recipe to make them fluffy and delicious

Ingredients:
125 ml of warm water
5 g od fresh brewer's yeast
250 g of cake flour
30 g of lard or butter
15 g of granulated sugar
1 pinch of salt
Seeds oil for frying
Granulated sugar for coating
Directions:
1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in water. Then pour the mixture in a bowl with flour.
2. Add butter and start kneading. Lastly add salt.
3. Knead until you get a smooth and even dough, then cover and let rise until it doubles its size.
4. Cut the dough in pieces (about 70 g each) and shape the donuts.
5. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise one more hour.
6. Fry in hot oil, a few seconds each side.
7. Coat them with granulated sugar when they're still hot.
