Lemon mini donuts: the recipe for some soft and fragrant treats

Ingredients:
- For the batter:
125 g of soft butter
125 g of sugar
2 eggs
125 g of flour
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp of baking powder
1 lemon (zest and juice)
1 tbsp of yogurt
- For the icing:
100 g of powdered sugar
Lemon juice
Directions:
1. Mix sugar and butter in a bowl. Then stir in eggs, one at a time.
2. Aside mix flour, salt and baking powder. Then sift and stir them into the batter.
3. Lastly stir in grated lemon zest, sifted juice and yogurt.
4. Pour the batter into a buttered and floured mold.
5. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° for 15-20 minutes.
6. Make the icing by mixing powdered sugar and lemon juice.
7. Use it to decorate the donuts.
