Lemon squares: the tasty and fluffy dessert to absolutely try

Ingredients:

Batter:

3 eggs

130 g of sugar

125 g of melted butter

Juice and zest of one lemon

7 g of yeast

200 g of flour

1 pinch of sale

For the syrup:

50 g of water

30 g of sugar

The juice of half a lemon and its zest

For the icing:

100 g of icing sugar

3 tablespoons of lemon juice

Directions:

1. Mix the eggs with the sugar.

2. Then add lemon juice and zest.

3. Combine flour, yeast, salt and mix everything well.

4. Pour the mixture into the mold (rectangular or square).

5. Inform at 180° for 20 minutes.

6. Brush with the syrup (juice, lemon zest and sugar) and decorate with the icing.
