METHOD
Wash and dry the lemons well. Remove the peel with a vegetable peeler. Cook in an air fryer for about 15 minutes at 160 degrees. Blend the peels in a mixer, preferably in a spice grinder. The lemon powder is ready for use, perfect for flavoring your desserts as well as savory dishes.
