Fluffy roll: the recipe for a simple and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
- For the batter:
5 eggs
100 g of sugar
50 g of milk
120 g of flour
- For the filling:
250 g of ricotta cheese
50 g of powdered sugar
1 tsp of vanilla sugar (or vanilla extract)
100 g of whipping cream
Directions:
1. Whisk eggs with sugar. Then stir in milk and sifted flour.
2. Pour the batter in a tray coated with baking paper and flatten.
3. Bake at 180° for 10-12 minutes.
4. Meanwhile make the filling: mix ricotta cheese and powdered sugar.
5. Add vanilla sugar and cream, then mix using electrical whisks.
6. Refine the cake's edges and roll it in clean kitchen cloth. Let cool for 10-15 minutes.
7. Fill with cream, then wrap into baking paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
8. Decorate with melted chocolate, candied fruit and almond flakes.
