Plum jam roll: the soft and delicious dessert!

INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
120g (1/2 cup) of sugar
180g (1 1/2 cups) of flour
10g (3/4 tbsp) of baking powder
1 lemon (zest)
15ml (1 tbsp) of lemon (juice)
Plum jam
Walnuts
Powdered sugar
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the eggs and sugar and mix until the sugar dissolves and obtain the foamy mixture. Sift the flour and baking powder and whisk until combined.
2. Grate the lemon, add the lemon juice and continue to whisk until the mixture is compact.
3. Pour the mixture onto the baking tray covered with parchment paper, transfer to the oven, and bake at 180°C/360°F for 25 minutes.
4. After baking roll out the crust with parchment paper and let it rest for 10 minutes.
5. Unroll it and spread the jam with the spoon covering the all roll and spread the walnuts at one side and roll it.
6. Decorate the roll with powdered sugar, cut it into slices and serve.
