Homemade pumpkin buns: the recipe to make them soft and fragrant

Ingredients:
620 g of pumpkin
Salt
Evo oil
Half a cube of fresh brewer's yeast
1 tsp of honey
30 g of evo oil
400 g of Manitoba flour
400 g of cake flour
15/20 g of salt
Directions:
1. Peel the pumpkin and place it in a tray with salt and oil.
2. Bake at 200° for 30 minutes, then mash with a fork.
3. Mix water, yeast, honey and pumpkin puree in a bowl.
4. Blend and stir in oil and flours.
5. Knead then fold the dough for three times every 40 minutes.
6. Now cut in pieces (about 120 g each) and shape the buns.
7. Let rise in a tray placed in the oven with the light on for at least 2 hours.
8. Brush their surface with some oil, then bake at 200° for about 20/25 minutes.
9. Let cool covered with a damp kitchen cloth.
