Potatoes and beef stew: the recipe to make it tender and juicy

Ingredients:
750 g of beef
1 onion
170 g of carrots
450 g of potatoes
Vegetable broth
1 tsp of flour
Salt and pepper
100 g of tomato sauce
2 laurel leaves
1 tbsp of tomato paste
Directions:
1. Pour some olive oil in a large pot, then fry finely chopped carrots and onion.
2. Season meat with salt, then coat with flour.
3. Remove the vegetables from the pot and add floured meat. Let it cook for a minute, then add vegetables back.
4. Cover with broth and add tomato sauce and diced potatoes.
5. Season with laurel and tomato paste.
6. Cook with a lid on.
