Veggie sticks: how to prepare this amazing recipe

Ingredients:
2 zucchini
2 Carrots
Salt and black pepper
Fresh parsley
1 small red onion
Grated mozzarella 70g
2 eggs
Oat Flakes (smashed 100g)
00 flour
Sunflower oil
Directions:
1. Grate the zucchini and place them in a bowl with some salt. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
2. Then squeeze the courgettes well and transfer them to another bowl.
3. Add the grated carrots, parsley, salt, pepper, onion, mozzarella, eggs and blended oats.
4. Shape the sticks and dip them in flour, then fry in hot oil.
