Ricotta fried balls: the recipe to make them crispy and tasty

Ingredients:
(for about 30 balls)
- For the dough:
250 g of ricotta cheese
1 large egg
60 g of grated cheese
60 g of breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper
Nutmeg
- For coating and frying:
Breadcrumbs
Peanut oil
Directions:
1. Mash ricotta cheese with a fork.
2. Then add egg, grated cheese and breadcrumbs.
3. Now season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
4. Mix to blend all the ingredients.
5. Shape the balls out of the dough with your hands, then coat them with breadcrumbs.
6. Fry in hot oil.
