Tuna and zucchini patties: the tasty and easy to make dish

Ingredients:

1 zucchini

110 g of tuna

1 egg

30 g of grated cheese

Garlic, parsley, salt

2 tbsp of breadcrumbs

Directions:

1. Grate zucchini, then add salt and let sit for 1 hour.

2. Squeeze them, then add tuna and blend.

3. Now add minced garlic and parsley, cheese and whisked egg.

4. Lastly, stir in breadcrumbs.

5. Shape the patties and place them in a tray coated with baking paper and some breadcrumbs on the bottom.

6. Drizzle with some olive oil.

7. Bake at 200° for about 20 minutes.
