Chicken and mushrooms: the recipe to make it juicy, tender and savory

Ingredients:
1 kg of boneless chicken meat
1 medium-sized onion
4 or 5 big champignon mushrooms
20 g of butter
1 tbsp of olive oil
200 ml of white wine
200 ml of chicken broth
150 ml of cooking cream
Salt and pepper
Salt and pepper
Raisins
Directions:
1. Finely chop the onion and dice clean mushrooms.
2. Put butter and olive in a pan.
3. Place the meat and cook at high heat 4 minutes each side.
4. Remove from the pan and set aside.
5. Fry the onion in the same pan at medium heat for a minute, then add mushrooms.
6. Cook for 2 or 3 minutes, then add white wine, chicken broth and cream.
7. Season with salt and pepper.
8. Place the chicken in the pan again and cover with a lid.
9. Cook at low heat for 40 minutes, turning it over halfway through cooking.
10. Add some raisins and cook for 5 minutes more.
