Blueberry tart: creamy, fragrant and mouthwatering dessert

Ingredients:
TART:
80g butter
40g sugar
1g salt
30g whole egg
130g “00” flour
OLIVE OIL CREAM:
40g olive oil
40g sugar
40g whole egg
40g “00” flour
GANACHE:
40g fresh cream
50g white chocolate
Vanilla extract
Blueberries
Directions:
1. Tart: In a bowl mix butter and sugar. Then combine salt, egg and flour.
2. Form a homogeneous dough and leave it in the fridge for an hour.
3. Then roll out the dough into the mould, poke holes and put it back in the fridge for an hour.
4. Cream: mix the egg with oil, sugar and flour.
5. Pour the cream over the base and add the blueberries.
6. Bake at 180° for 35 minutes.
7. Ganache: Melt the chocolate with the cream and vanilla extract.
8. Refrigerate for an hour and then decorate.
