Stuffed eggplants: the tasty and savory dish to try

Ingredients:
2 eggplants
Olive oil
Salt
Dried oregano
Chili pepper
2 bell pepper
50 g black olives
1 tsp of unsalted capers
70 g of cheese
3 slices of stale bread
Directions:
1. For starters carve the eggplants and dice the pulp.
2. Cook in the pan and set aside.
3. Brush the eggplants with olive oil and bake at 200° for 15 minutes.
4. Also cut and cook bell peppers and chili pepper.
5. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
6. Stuff the eggplants and bake at 180° for 15 minutes.
