Fluffy yogurt cake: the simple and delicious recipe

Ingredients:
- For the batter:
3 eggs
75 g of sugar
1 pinch of salt
125 ml of sunflower seeds oil
75 g of yogurt
175 of semolina flour
5 g of baking powder
- For the filling:
500 g of cream cheese or ricotta cheese
85 g of sugar
5 g of cornstarch
2 eggs
- For the syrup:
175 ml of water
175 g of sugar
30 ml of lemon juice
Directions:
1. Whisk eggs with sugar and salt. Then add seeds oil and yogurt.
2. Aside mix semolina flour and baking powder, then stir them into the batter.
3. Pour about half of the batter in a buttered cake mold, then bake at 150° for 12-15 minutes.
4. Meanwhile make the filling mixing cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar and cornstarch.
5. Then stir in the eggs.
6. Pour the filling on the cake, level well and cover with more batter.
7. Finish baking at 150° for another hour.
8. Make the syrup mixing water and sugar in a saucepan, bring to a boil and add lemon juice.
9. Wet the cake and let it cool.
10. Decorate as you like, for example with chopped pistachios.
