Homemade biscuits: the delicious recipe everybody will love

Ingredients:
400 g of remilled semolina flour
1 egg
50 ml of milk
50 ml of seeds oil
110 g of sugar
2 tsp of apricot jam
1 pinch of salt
1 packet of baking powder
Directions:
1. Place flour into a large bowl.
2. Then add egg, sugar, milk, oil, salt, jam and baking powder.
3. Shape into a smooth dough.
4. Cut the biscuits and coat them with sugar.
5. Bake at 180° for 18-20 minutes.
