Potato baskets: the recipe for and original and tasty side dish

Ingredients: 
500 g of boiled potatoes
20 g of butter
1 pinch of salt 
1 egg 
3 tbsp of grated cheese
Diced salami (or bacon) 
Cheese 
Chives 
 
Directions: 
1. Mash potatoes with butter until you get a creamy mixture. 
2. Add salt, egg and cheese and blend. 
3. Shape the baskets onto a tray covered in baking paper using a piping bag. 
4. Stuff with salami and cheese. 
5. Then add chives on top. 
6. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° for 25 minutes.
