Zucchini and potatoes burger: simple, healthy and delicious

Ingredients:
2 zucchini
3 boiled potatoes
salt and pepper
100 g of breadcrumbs
1 egg
 
Directions:
1. Grate the zucchini and place them in a bowl.
2. Mash the potatoes and add them to the zucchini.
3. Combine salt, pepper, breadcrumbs and egg.
4. Form a homogeneous dough.
6. Place the burgers on the oven tray.
7. Bake at 200° for 15/20 minutes.
