Rolled up crepes cake: the recipe for a delicious no-bake dessert

Ingredients:
- For the crepes:
3 eggs
2-3 tbsp of sugar
10 g of vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
400 ml of milk
200 g of flour
3 tbsp of cocoa powder
200 ml of boiling water
2 tbsp of vegetable oil
- For the filling:
600 ml of cream
300 g of ricotta cheese or cream cheese
100-120 g of powdered sugar
- For the icing:
5 tbsp of sour cream
2 tbsp of cocoa powder
2 tbsp of sugar
30 g of butter
Directions:
1. Whisk the eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt.
2. Then add milk a little bit at a time.
3. Mix flour and cocoa powder, sift and stir them into the batter.
4. Lastly add water and oil.
5. Cover with some plastic wrap and let rest for 15 minutes.
6. Pour a spoonful of batter into an oiled pan and cook crepes on both sides.
7. For the filling mix cheese with powdered sugar. Then add cream.
8. Mix using electrical whisk until you get a thick cream.
9. Fill the crepes and roll them.
10. In a rectangular mold make a layer of rolled up crepes, then cover with the cheese filling.
11. Make 2 layers like that.
12. Let the cake cool in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
13. Now make the icing by mixing sour cream, sugar, cocoa powder and butter in a saucepan.
14. Cook on the stove until it's completely melted. Stir continuously.
15. Coat the cake with icing and let cool for 15-20 minutes before serving.
