White cheesecake: the recipe for an easy and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
150 g of dry biscuits
75 g of melted butter
400 g of cream cheese
75 g of yogurt
200 g of white chocolate
75 g of grated coconut
White spreadable cream
Directions:
1. Finely chop biscuits and mix them with melted butter.
2. Coat the base of a cake mold with this mixture and flatten.
3. In a bowl mix cheese, yogurt and coconut.
4. Then also stir in melted white chocolate.
5. Pour the filling on top of the biscuit base.
6. Then let cool in the fridge for 45 minutes.
7. Coat the cake with white cream and decorate with white chocolate chips.
8. Let cool for another 5-10 minutes before serving.
