Yogurt flatbread: the simple to make them light and crispy

Ingredients:
170g of all purpose flour
150g of whole or low-fat Greek yogurt
25g of extra virgin olive oil
5g of salt
Directions:
1. In a large bowl insert the flour.
2. Then add yogurt, oil and salt.
3. Form a homogeneous and soft dough.
4. Divide it into 4 parts and roll them out.
5. Cook the wraps in a non-stick pan.
