Burger buns: how to make them soft and fragrant at home

Ingredients:
80 ml of warm water
80 ml of warm milk
270 g of bread flour
10 g of fresh brewer's yeast
Half a tsp of salt
Half a tsp of honey
Half a tsp of sugar
20 ml of evo oil
Sesame seeds
1 egg
Milk for brushing
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix water, milk and yeast. Stir well.
2. Then also add salt, sugar, honey and oil.
3. Now stir in the flour and blend until it's completely absorbed.
4. Knead, then place the dough into a bowl and let rise for 2 hours.
5. Roll the dough shaping a loaf then cut it in equal parts.
6. Shape some balls, arrange them in a tray with baking paper and let rise again for 30 minutes covered with a kitchen cloth.
7. Brush their surface with egg and milk.
8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
9. Bake at 180° for 15-20 minutes.
