Coffee iced cookies: the recipe to make them fragrant and delicious

Ingredients:
- For the shortcrust pastry:
200 g of re-milled semolina flour
100 g of bread flour
140 g of brown sugar
90 ml of sunflower seeds oil
230 ml of vegetable milk
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of vanilla-flavored baking powder
- For the icing:
2 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp of powdered sugar
1 cup of coffee
Directions:
1. In a large bowl mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
2. Also add oil and milk a little bit at a time.
3. Knead until you get a smooth and even block.
4. Wrap it in some plastic and let rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
5. After that, spread the dough with a rolling pin then shape the biscuits.
6. Bake at 175° for 12 minutes.
7. Let cool completely.
8. Meanwhile make the icing by mixing cocoa powder and powdered sugar. Then stir in coffee too, a little bit at a time.
9. Dip the biscuits into the icing to decorate them.
