Jam tart: the tasty and fragrant dessert to try

Ingredients:
500 g of flour
175 g of sugar
150 g of margarine
3 whole eggs
5 g of yeast
1 sachet of vanillin
Juice of half a lemon
1 jar of jam of your choice (or hazelnut cream)
 
Directions:
1. In a bowl combine flour, eggs, baking powder, vanillin, sugar, margarine and lemon juice.
2. Knead until you get a smooth and homogeneous brick.
3. Roll out with a rolling pin and line the mould.
4. Prick the bottom using a fork, then fill with the jam.
5. With the leftovers of the dough, make strips to place on the surface.
6. Bake at 180° for 35-40 minutes.
