Pistachio tiramisu: the recipe for a creamy and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
250 g of mascarpone cheese
30 g of sugar
20 g of sygar
5 egg whites
5 egg yolks
400 ml of coffee
28 ladyfingers
200 g of pistachio cream
Chopped pistachios for decoration
Directions:
1. Whip the egg whites with 30 g of sugar.
2. Then whisk egg yolks with 20 g of sugar.
3. Add pistachio cream and mascarpone cheese to the egg yolks mixture.
4. Stir in egg whites.
5. Assemble the tiramisu by dipping the lady fingers.
6. Let it cool in the fridge for 5/6 hours before serving.
