Tuna stuffed zucchini: the recipe for a quick and tasty meal

Ingredients:
2 medium-sized zucchini
2 tuna cans
3 bel peppers
50 ml of cooking cream
Salt
Pepper
Grated cheese
Dried oregano
Directions:
1. Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise.
2. Cook them in salted boiling water for 5 minutes.
3. Aside, blend tuna, bell peppers, cream and pepper.
4. Carve the inside of the zucchini using a spoon.
5. Place them into a tray, fill with the tuna sauce you made before and top with some grated cheese.
6. Bake at 180° until the cheese melts and turns crispy.
7. Sprinkle with some oregano and serve.
