Apricot jam pie: the easy and quick recipe perfect for your breakfast

Ingredients:
350 g of cake flour
100 g of brown sugar
100 ml of water
90 ml of sunflower seeds oil
1 lemon flavor vial
200 g of apricot jam
Directions:
1. In a bowl dissolve brown sugar in water.
2. Then add lemon flavor.
3. Stir in flour and oil too.
4. Knead until you get a smooth dough.
5. Wrap it in plastic and let cool: 15 minutes in the freezer or 1 hour in the fridge.
6. Spread the dough and coat a mold with it.
7. Fill with apricot jam.
8. Make some stripes from dough scrapes to decorate the top.
9. Bake in static oven at 170° for 45 minutes.
