Greek yogurt plumcake: the recipe to make it fluffy and delicious

Ingredients:
2 eggs
130 g of sugar
Grated lemon zest
170 g of unsweetened greek yogurt
80 ml of vegetable oil
200 g of cake flour
1 packet of baking powder
1 vanillin
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix eggs with sugar and lemon zest.
2. Add greek yogurt, oil, flour, baking powder and vanillin.
3. Make an even batter and pour it into the mold.
4. Bake at 180° for 40/50 minutes.
